This form-y retro vibe inbox will add a bit of whimsy to your planner while also adding functionality.  Based on old 1950's tax return forms, this inbox includes a week by week tracker so you can track each stage of your task to completion or forwarding-- or go ahead and use it as regular inbox with the completed checkmark column on the left, and just enjoy the very retro form-y-ness of this fun insert.

You'll receive one file for size A5, and two files--one to print 1 per page, and one to print 2 per page--for sizes A6, Personal, Personal Wide and Pocket.

Crop Marks are included in all planner sizes. In most cases crop marks will not show up when using pre-sized paper.
